Miniature American Shepherds

Of the twelve puppies in Millie and Cricket's litters, only ONE of them remains available!

One puppy in Cricket's litter - the Red merle female named TINCE, is still available.  She needs to go to an active person/family who has the patience and skill to train a bold, outgoing and very active puppy.   She is UTD on vaccinations and meds.  See individual litter page for pictures and details.

News!! News!!  News!!

A beautiful Red Merle female from Gypsy X Drake July 2015 litter was kept to add a SECOND, second generation female to my program .  Rocking J The Next Chapter - AKA "Paige" is grew into a lovely young lady and has gone to live with a friend in Birmingham.  She will return in the future to whelp a litter or two.  She is gorgeous and has great bone and awesome movement.  She has SO much to give to the Mini American breed!

The Adult Dogs of Rocking J

In 2014, I made the decision to register all of my Mini Aussies with AKC (American Kennel Club) as Miniature American Shepherds.  This allowed my Miniature Australian Shepherds to be recognized by AKC and allows them opportunities to compete in a wider array of competitive venues offered by AKC.  This does not change who my dogs are.  Their pedigrees are that of full sized Australian Shepherds (including Legacy, Mill Creek, Timberline, and Three Oaks lines) crossed with dogs carrying the foundation Mini Aussie lines of Pockets, Coat Tails, Southern Cross, and TMR.  Technically, since July 1, 2015, they are a separate breed, but they are the same beautiful and talented dogs they have always been, but they have a new name.
